Boardgames in Brackley
Boardgames and card games in Brackley (or Strategy Board Games as they are also called) are what much of the BAD Gamers is all about.
With many of our members from Brackley, Buckingham, Towcester, and Banbury meeting up for boardgame evenings outside of the regular club nights.
We have a constant stream of new games hitting the table, plus a good number of plays of classics such as El Grande, Battlestar Galactica, Alien Frontiers, Carcassonne and Puerto Rico
Lighter games followed by the main attraction
Most club nights start and finish off with a quick round of popular, lighter, boardgames and card games like Tsuro, Love Letter, Codenames, and Timeline. These are played as the club members get to the club between 7pm and 7.30pm, and then if there is the time at the end of the night to round out the evening.
From about 7.30pm we settle down to the main games of the night, which will be a mix of longer, heavier games that can take two to three hours to play
